They have nice private rooms with private baths. They take their residents on outings and have activities every day. Some downsides are if a resident gets sick or needs extra care they would have to go to another facility for more care until they were well enough to return.

I have nothing but good things to say about the staff and facility at Hearth and Home. I very much love that with this facility that there is not a separate memory care unit.

They keep the public areas pretty nice, but when you get back to the residents' rooms, it's not all that it looks to be from the outside. It just was not an overall good experience. Hearth & Home was an outstanding experience, but it was expensive and strictly memory care. The administrator was super, the cleanliness of the community was outstanding. Incontinent residents must be able to manage incontinence themselves.
